Carolyn was very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. She was on top of everything and communicated very well with us so we never had to worry! The electronic signing options and electronic lock box made things very convenient. We felt like we got a top-notch agent for a fraction of the price! Her low listing commission saved us over $6000! Carolyn was amazing. This was my first home purchase and first experience shopping for a house. She led the way and taught me a lot about the things to look for and kept my best interest in mind.
